Invasion to Barcelona

Hi

we (myself and Kuba) are planning a trip to Barcelona at the first weekend of May. Rosa are you going to be there? We really miss you and need you to be our tour guide;)
The things are really good in London. Kuba lives in Uxbridge "city" and I still live at the place where I lived before. I'm having really busy life right now but Im trying to have a little fun at least during the weekends?

Rosa, how are you after this surgery? Did you recover? I hope you feel good now.
Jeri, I still havent seen your photos? Could you please finally put some pics?! How long you gonna hide your yellow girlfriend?

Breda, how long are you going to stay in Madrid? I miss you and I really regret you didnt spent weekend in London when Monika came

Hello Hello!!!

Hi Guys!!!

Its been an awful long time without hearing anthing from anyone and from maintaining mself disconnected from the world outside Barcelona!

I am now in bed for the last 4 days! And I stil have at least 4 more to go... These are the instructions from the doctor that decided my belly should be a sieve instead of a normal belly. I am proud to announce that I now have 4 holes (apart from my belly button) in my belly. How great!

Anyway, better start from the begining: went to the doctor a year ago (before final year even started) and found out I had a cyst. He decided to watch out in case i grew more and as lucky as I am with this stuff it obviously grew. So two weeks ago he told me he would have to perform surgery on the cyst to remove it. So last tuesday I went to the hospital, was given wonderful sleeping drugs and through 3 small holes they removed the cyst. Now I must recover in bed for a week! Ouch! It is so extremely boring! Thankfully today it is not all that painful anymore so I may go out for tea tomorrow... The most exciting thing that I will have done in a whole week.

Apart from this all is well. PhD going ok, getting pretty interesting at the moment, and I am enjoying the work I am doing. People in the lab are sound enough, and Barcelona is just great. I was dying to be back here and now I am so enjoying every minute of it. I love it!

Guys, let me know how things are with you! I haven't heard much of Jakub at all, and Asia since the last email ages ago I know nothing... And Jeri, any news on when you will come back to Europe to see us? --- Don't think I'm mad (none of you) coz I am not... I am more to blame than all of you because of the lack of communication... I simply am terrible... (and so ashamed of it, but I have no cure!!! ))

Hows life with everyone. In Europe at the moment with work. Might see Asia next week if she ever gets back from skiing and then meeting up with Kuba in Tokyo for a crazy, crazy, crazy couple of nights. Not much else to say really. All is still good in Japan. Anyone been booking any trips to Japan (Rosa???). Ok thats about it.

Greetings from Spain. Hope you are all doing good and a belated Happy Birthday Jeri... I´m settling in well here in Ciudad Real and learning lots of Spanish and the only bad thing is annoying little Spanish kids who won´t shut up in class.
I´m living with two Spanish girls who are really sound so I´m lucky. So if anyone fancies a trip to Spain, you´re more than welcome. I´m only 45 mins from Madrid...

hard time

now Im having exams, im just in the middle

for me this year hasn't started very happy. I sacrified my new years party (well I went out only for 3 hours) for the fucken exams. I had my first exam yesterday and guess what?? I probaby failed this shit. I learned off everything but other questions came up. I love that feeling when I use my imaginatin to answer the questions that I have no idea what they are about;/
im so maaaaaaaaaaaaaad. monday Im having my last exam and hopefully it wont be such a drama.
that's my life. I am so angry!! write something cool in here please so i'll get more energy

Well guys the Poll is closed so it's time to tell how fucked up are ozies. They put fucking beetroot into their burgers! Fuck sake it's sick isn't it?? Well I had pleasure (*not*) to get one of these and I didn't looked what it has inside coz I thought it's fucking impossible to fuck up a burger. Well for your info it is actually possible. Aussies r doing it and it's fucking disgusting. Even trowing the beetroot away doesn't help coz u can still feel it in the burger. So for your own safe: Please don't try it! EVER!

And talking about food I didn't mentioned that I'm working (YEA!!) in a restaurant. And not JUST a restaurant! A really posh one! One of the best (someone says it is the best) in Sydney! Hahaha imagine me as a waiter! It is fucking hilarious even for me! I'm braking stuff every single day. like 3 days ago I broke a bottle (.7l ) of vodka! Jesus I was crying there coz it was such a fucking waste of good spirit and they were screaming on me and asking some stupid questions ('why did u do that?' - idiots). Well anywayz David Beckham was there a week ago (i missed him unfortunately) and Paris Hilton is coming and they already promised me that they will let me serve the food for here (they fucking hate here and they r hoping that I will trow food on here which is quite possible. But it's mean to think like this isn't it?) it's not the first time when she is visiting this restaurant and all ppl there say that in here case the hair colour is not a coincidence). Well I won't wish you marry xmas yet coz I hav to post some xmas pics over hire so please check it in 2-3 days.

Hey group, (Goodday mate)

How is everyone??? All is good out here in Japan. Actually, this place is great and could only be better if ye were all here... Got my apartment furnished but its still gonna take ages till I get internet. Dont really have time to do much at the weekends, which is annoying...but managed to go to Kurashiki with the Korean girl I am meeting/going out with/married to(haha)...Aslo, bought a bike so all I have left to buy is a snowboard. Aparently there is already snow in some of the resorts, so just aswell my snowboard boots, bindings, pants from my folks.

Let me know how ye are all getting on. Kuba, as regards meeting up I dunno cause I cant take holidays till March, but ya can always swing by on your way home.

Wish I was in London with you guys ... :(
